I have been a Massage Therapist for 10 years. I have over 1000 hours of massage and healing education, including the study of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal and Myofascial Release. I love what massage has done for me when I give or receive. I hope to share my passion and help you create your own empowering momentum towards a pain-free and happily balanced body.

Nicole is my new "go-to" therapist in the Springs. I need really deep tissue work (I lift weights) and she's the first therapist I found that uses enough pressure. She's tiny, but surprisingly strong. Also, her place is conveniently located in Old Colorado City, with ample parking next door.

Great massage broke knots free I didn’t know existed. Gave my wife a relaxing massage while I went therapeutic. Both cases good techniques, adjust pressure to whatever you want, she figures out where you need help too! Going back!

I was visiting the area and in need of a massage for sore, tight muscles. Nicole was welcoming, listened to my concerns and provided a very good therapeutic massage. The space was comfortable and easy to find. I would return when I’m back in Colorado Springs. .

My experience with Nicole was nothing less than stellar. She asks beforehand about areas that need most attention, and caters to every request to make the most of the experience. The office and spa are so cozy in a great part of town, and the entire aura is comforting. I left relaxed and with a smile, cannot wait to see her again. 10/10

    Benefits Of Massage

Experts estimate that upwards of ninety percent of disease is stress-related. And perhaps nothing ages us faster, internally and externally, than high stress. Massage is an effective tool for managing this stress, which translates into:

      • Decreased anxiety.
      • Enhanced sleep quality.
      • Greater energy.
      • Improved concentration.
      • Increased circulation.
      • Reduced fatigue.

Massage can also help specifically address a number of health issues. Bodywork can:

      • Alleviate low-back pain and improve range of motion.
      • Assist with shorter, easier labor for expectant mothers and shorten maternity hospital stays.
      • Ease medication dependence.
      • Enhance immunity by stimulating lymph flow—the body\’s natural defense system.
      • Exercise and stretch weak, tight, or atrophied muscles.
      • Help athletes of any level prepare for and recover from, strenuous workouts.
      • Improve the condition of the body\’s largest organ—the skin.
      • Increase joint flexibility.
      • Lessen depression and anxiety.
      • Promote tissue regeneration, reducing scar tissue and stretch marks.
      • Pump oxygen and nutrients into tissues and vital organs, improving circulation.
      • Reduce post-surgery adhesions and swelling.
      • Reduce spasms and cramping.
      • Relax and soften injured, tired, and overused muscles.
      • Release endorphins—amino acids that work as the body\’s natural painkiller.
      • Relieve migraine pain.
