Food is always amazing and so fresh. However, your server Megan requires an additional lesson on customer service. From the moment she sat us down, there was no warmness from her. Didn’t ask us what we’d like to drink, came back minutes later and asked us if we were ready to order. Asked her for a drink then and it really appeared as if I was bothering her. No responses to our “thank you” at all. I don’t think we ever received a “you’re welcome” from her the entire time we were there. Food came out incredibly quickly! Megan never came back to check on us until we asked for the check; two other parties were sat while we were eating and the difference in her service with them was incredibly evident. She was so much more lively with the other two parties and made an effort to engage and ask them what they would like to drink first hand. Not sure why we were treated so poorly, but it definitely put a damper on our experience. We come here frequently and absolutely LOVE the food, so that’s not the issue. The server was.
2nd time being here and still very impressed with the quality and care that goes into every dish. The cooks here have their own original recipes and it translates into homemade quality food. Before this I was at a place in downtown and they charged 70 bucks for God knows what. While here, I got a great meal that's filling and only paid 40 bucks. If you have to choose a Thai place on the west side of town or in general, this place is most certainly in the top 3 best Thai places in town, if it's not #1 already.
Read the reviews, and I really wanted to like this place. Maybe, I had too high of expectations. I had the Seafood Green Curry, and I was surprised about how soupy it was. I also expected more seafood, but there was only one scallop and I believe no shrimp. Overall, the food was good, but not great. Glad I tried this place.
Absolutely delicious authentic Thai food! We are from Los Angeles and are very familiar with the best Thai food. Narai Thai is for sure one of the top! Place was clean, service by two waitresses was superb. A very pleasant, satisfying experience!
This place seemed to be mostly carry-out. Admittedly we are spoiled by excellent Asian cuisine from the Pacific Northwest and this restaurant is not that. The Phad Thai was overly sweet and had no spice to it at all, the stir-fry was the same. Not much in the way of actual Thai flavors and the server was too busy to assist much.
