Diana is amazing! My mom and I have been going to her for over three years and I am so grateful in the results. I feel stronger and healthier. She makes the workout challenging, but also fun. She is also very personable. She keeps me motivated and enjoy the workouts. She is great at communication. A bonus— her two adorable pups help cheer you on!
Diana is amazing! I have been training with her over a year and started going after having a baby to repair my core. I have tried lots of different group classes and workouts over the years, and none of them have given me the same kind of results as Diana. She has kept my attention with consistently varied programming tailored to my needs and is always motivating and kind. I enjoy every session and how strong I feel. She has maintained a super clean training environment to protect her clients during the pandemic, and offers virtual training options as well. Diana is absolutely amazing!! Diana has been so understanding when I have discussed my fitness needs. She is very good at what she does and she will "get you to the finish line" if you follow her lead and stay with the training. I am a bad eater due to being so busy at work and noticed how much weight I was gaining, told a friend and she referred me to Diana and the pounds started shedding off. Diana is an excellent trainer. All of the moves she puts you through involve multiple muscle groups at the same time and she gives very clear and understandable instructions beforehand as to the exercise and proper form. Friends have remarked on my muscle tone and the results have been amazing! On top of that, plus how she looks which is #goals, she is super nice and fun. Highly recommend (and have)!
Diana is a great coach and motivator. The workouts are always fun and personalized to skill level or injury. She finds a way to keep you moving even when life (the entire year of 2020) gets in the way. I highly recommend Club Room fitness to anyone who desires/requires accountability in their workout routine.
